Shipping with Print on Demand
All of our products are made on demand and usually ship within two to seven business days. Print on demand keeps us from over stocking on inventory and allows us flexibility in creating new designs.
Since we print on demand, shipping rates are determined by the printer, and are not reflected in our base prices. Rates will vary by location, and we cannot ship outside of the United States at this time. We hope to expand to international markets soon.
Returns and Exchanges
Because we print on demand, products may not be returned for refund or exchange at this time unless there is a defect of some kind.
Afraid it won’t fit?
If you’re a first time shopper and afraid the product won’t fit, we’ll replace up to 3 items for a different size FREE of charge or offer you a store credit. No need to return your purchase. Bracketing is excluded: this is the practice of buying the same item in different sizes and/or colors with the intention of returning the unwanted items. Orders that include the same product in different sizes and colors are excluded from the size forgiveness policy.
Please note: you must contact Customer Service and seek authorization to return an item. “Return to Sender” items will not be issued refunds.
If you have a problem with your order, please let us know! You have up to 30 days from your delivery date to report any issues. We want you to be pleased with your purchase, and will replace any damaged or defected items.
